Tooltip hover delay

Hi,

I have a page with many seo-glossary-tooltips. I'd like to delay the opening on mouse hover in order to prevent opening of many tooltips by only short mouse hovering. The configuration item "Tooltip delay" only delays the closing time.
Is there any possibility to change that?
